    We make dairy-free cheeses like cheese. We whip nourishing, normal ingredients like cashews, cannellini beans, and coconut into a creamy base, and then culture it. We infuse them with gourmet flavors like shaved Italian black summer truffles and brined green peppercorns, so you can pair them with anything. They’re spreadable, cook-able, and worthy of serving at your table. Truly.

  • Hot Sauces

    We’ve unleashed the power of lacto-fermentation to craft superior hot sauces. Fermenting our peppers makes them tangy, so we don’t need to water our sauces down with vinegar. We layer seasonal and globally-inspired flavors for depth and complexity, so you get a bolder, more interesting hot sauce. We’ve left out the preservatives, artificial colors, and flavors.

  • Philosophy

    We make the kind of food we want to eat. The cheeses were born of Delaney’s desire to have dairy-free cheeses that taste and function like cheese (wild concept, we know). The hot sauces were born of Jake’s affinity for fermentation. Prophecy is here to craft foods around which you will gather your friends and family. Cheers!
